   • Address customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
   • Implement customer loyalty programs and promotional campaigns.
3. Sales and Profitability:
   • Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
   • Analyze sales reports and identify areas for improvement.
   • Implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
4. Staff Management:
   • Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
   • Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll.
   • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
5. Inventory Management:
   • Monitor stock levels and order new stock as needed.
   • Conduct regular stocktakes and manage inventory discrepancies.
