Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and merchandising.
    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve store sales goals and profitability targets.
    • Recruit, train, and mentor store staff to ensure a high-performance team.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
    • Ensure that store presentation and visual merchandising meet company standards.
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving any issues and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
    • Manage inventory control, including stock levels, product ordering, and loss prevention.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
    • Prepare and analyze store performance reports, budgets, and forecasts.
    • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, employee development, and open communication.
    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role in retail.
    • Strong understanding of retail operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
