Job Description

    To deliver accurate, complete, high-quality equipment drawings/documents as per process data sheets & mechanical data for assigned projects within schedule. Job Description Designer -Static Engineering PBEN Static Engineering E Technical Competencies 1. Drafting & presentation skills in Auto cad with auto lisp short commands & knowledge of Layer & Blocks. Knowledge of 3D Modelling will have added advantages. 2. Basic mathematical calculation like Volume, Area, Weight, Cone Development, Surface area, Heat Transfer area etc. 3. Knowledge of fundamentals of static equipment, Logistic & constrains 4. Knowledge of Material & applicable dimensional standard. 5. Basic understanding of welding symbols, units, and tolerances 6. Knowledge of SAP & BEI Knowledge and Skills 1. Drafting & presentation skill in Autocad 2. Knowledge of static equipment fundamentals , Material & applicable dimensional standard. 3. Knowledge of welding symbols, units, and tolerances. 4. Knowledge of SAP & Bei Educational Qualifications Diploma in Mechanical / ITI Draftsman Experience 5 -7 years Key Responsibilities 1. Preparation of assembly drawings with computer assisted drafting. 2. Develop detailed mechanical /fabrication drawings , Civil load data drawing with computer assisted drafting in line with project parameters , shop capability and relevant industrial standards. 3. Preparation of Bill of Material in drawings & SAP system 4. Checking of drawings co-relation of Bill of material for its correctness with respect to inputs and various applicable standards. 5. Preparation of various MTO. 6. Deliver right first-time drawings/documents as per project schedule and timelines. 7. Participation in providing inputs for standardization, and development of new ideas for advanced drafting techniques. 8.
