Job Description Title: State Audit Manager Field Audit Team: Audit Purpose of Job: To conduct Audit process / Quality Check Job Components/Responsibilities: Reviewing Internal quality audit within the all the departments & hub offices of the respective company on daily basis. Coordination and review of internal audit Executives towards effective branch audit and guiding them in Audit Issues.Preparing Department wise Consolidation of audit observations on periodic basics & forwarding the same to Manager / Officer for appropriate action.Designing and rolling out reporting formats approved by the senior management of the company and Systematic planning and work allocation to a team member.Visiting & Reviewing Field on sample bases with relevant staffs and finding frauds.Monitoring and Review of Audit Reports prepared by internal audit officer.Lead role in publishing financial and non- financial related transaction audit reports to the top management on a monthly and annual basis.Travelling to different Branches/ Hub offices to meet relevant staff and obtain documents and information.Preparing reports to highlight issues and problems and distributing the reports to the relevant people.Coordinating with external internal auditor.Providing Earlier warning signal to management regarding field and hub office operations.Qualifications: At least 12+ years experience Any graduate + Tally, but an accounting degree will give you a strong advantage.Aged below 40 yrsOther Requirements: High level of self- motivation, determination and confidence in your abilities.Meticulous attention to detail.Numeracy and a strong aptitude for mathematics.Excellent problem- solving skills and clear logical thinking.A keen interest in the financial system combined with excellent commercial awareness.Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure, and the willingness to put in the extra hours when needed.Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including good presentation and report writing skills.Computer KnowledgeCompetencies & Best Practices for High Performers: High social responsibility & IntegrityCompliance to policies, rules and regulationsBelief in Teamwork & Effective leadershipPeople oriented and Goal orientedDogged determination to succeedTeam: Audit Report to: VP IQA,
