QA Automation and manual testing Engineer part of a UAT Testing team. Project is using agile / scrum methodology. Main duty to handling and mentoring UAT testing team. Work and Guide for building automation framework and maintenance.Responsibilities: Motivate and mentor team members and help them in their development progress. Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy Provide accurate QA estimates for product releases , Automation scripting etc. Perform hands - on QA activities i.e. automation , validation of test plans and estimations. Create and validate test plans along with team. Ability to adjust priorities and realign team members that meets business needs. Guide the team on various processes and procedures that enhance productivity. Identify all waste , cut them down and champion automation testing. Responsible for Automation team and UAT team. Requirements: 5+ years related software testing or systems quality assurance experience. Minimum 2 years of experience in Automation Testing. Minimum 1 Year of experience in Performance testing. Have working experience on Load Testing. Knowledge of different testing methodologies and applicable best practices. Experience reviewing and commenting on product specifications Experience working with cross - functional teams including BA and support. Knowledge of Tools like Selenium , JMeter , Gatling or other automation tools. Experience in scripting , programing / coding. Work with the Support organization to Investigate and resolve customer escalation issues. Pro - actively identify trends on customer reported issues and identify any QA improvements that may be required. Strong , engaging leader , not afraid to challenge and inspire , who is equally strong and skilled as a team member.,
