Job Description

1.Coordinate OnePart communication initiative globally (across GSCCOE, EIIC, plants, businesses etc) : Training material, User experience - Welcoming new users, hosting trainings, leading user group calls, more user focussed to drive upwards number of active OnePart users, surveys for soft benifits 2. Mentor OnePart team on standard work practices3. Delegate OnePrat alternate part requests and OnePart sesssions. Coordinating teams efforts on users engagement and making it cohesive, expanding our reach, deeply engaging businesses, creating these relationships4. Ensure quality of analysis on alternate part requests5. Standardize OnePart integration processes across different SCM and engineering functions globally and following governance rigor for outcome through enaggements; Coordinates with PMO on standard work changes6. Ensure portfolio for cost out identified during Alternate part requests updated in GPS as per quality guidelines7. Works with systems and process team on GPS changes to ensure tracking of strategic matrics8. Market benifits through use cases9. Analyze spend data and identify improvement opportunities by assessing data health. Partner with cross functional team/s to improve the accuracy of spend and engineering data. Maintain and update Enovia part libraries as required at defined frequency10. Additionally,flex and collaborate with Engineering on Cost out / VAVE opportunities - part reuse and part / supplier rationalization etc. 11. Validate cost of the part by closely working with should cost COE, ESSP, TCOand other required teams within GSC COE;12. Provide inputs to category managers on Global Procurement Share Point13. Perform outlier analysis based on statistical methods (for ex-regression analysis) to find cost out opportunities14. Participate in governance meetings to review project status and health15. Implementing best practices (from reactive requests) in the process to make it more value adding. 16. Additional advantage of having CAD tools knowledge for simple representative CAD model creation, automation etcQualificationsBachelors in Engineering OR Supply Chain Management6-8 years of experience from Manufacturing OR Engineering background or Supply Chain Management Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Reporting and Analytics Should have good experience on data mining, data analysis, report preparation and presentation to project & leadership teamHands on experience of using CAD tools (AutoCAD, ProE, SolidWorks) will be an added advantageShould be able to read and interpret the engineering drawings Knowledge on supplier spend analysis and data analysis (automation tools) We make what matters work.
