About the role:
Ensures accurate and timely processing of Sales orders & invoices
Address and solve client questions and issues
Following company guidelines, billing procedures to ensure compliance
Resolving any errors or discrepancies with customer billing, or billing reports
Manages monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information
Assisting the accounting department with the preparation of financial reports
Ad hoc projects, as deemed necessary
Core Competencies:
Commerce graduate / MBA Finance
2-4 Years of Experience in Accounting. (Preferably in Billing)
Sound Accounting knowledge and understanding
High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel
Understanding of ERP. NetSuite experience is preferred
Excellent communication skills are must with a good command over written and spoken English
Experience with a Shared Resource Centre will be a big plus
A self-starter and team player
Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills
Shift time - 2PM - 11PM IST. But needs to be flexible as per business requirements
