Job Description

As a Technical Sales Executive at SMILE, you will play a key role in lead generation, pipeline development, and fostering strong client relationships. Your responsibilities include offering technical guidance and effectively presenting SMILEs solutions. Collaborate with product and sales teams to formulate features and winning strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts. If you are passionate about tech innovation and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is tailored for you.Responsibilities :1. Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects, contributing to pipeline development.2. Identify new business opportunities for lead generation.4. Utilize sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships.5. Collaborate with sales leaders.6. Maintain regular contact with existing customers.7. Demonstrate technical features and benefits of our products.8. Negotiate/close deals and address complaints or objections.11. Collaborate with team members for improved results.12. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.Requirements :1. Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills.2. 2-3 years of experience as a Technical Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.3. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills.4. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.5. Sales experience in the B2B technology industry.6. Ability to work independently and within a team.7. Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.8.
