Distribution and Dispatch Planning:Provide advance visibility to Packing Plant & Raw material dept. w.r.t. number of fleet available grade wise for better bag planning on real time basis, interact with Packing Plant for responding to product, mode & grade change and achieve the despatch volume for number of operational packers for despatch in rail / road modesOperations Management - Primary and Secondary Execution.Check draft railway receipt w.r.t. destination details, quantity & freight.Coordinate with truck yard, security person at Plant gate, weigh bridge, Packing Plant for smooth & faster movement of empty and loaded trucks.Ensure compliance of shift despatch targets as per COF plans, realign scheduled plan as per real time variables (i.e. material availability, mode availability and packing constraints incase of rail loading; provide inputs on wagon wise quantity loaded for exit documentation).Ensure the adherence of prioritization of truck loading as decided by Road Operations by coordinating with Packing Plant.Execute scheduled shift plan incorporating real time changes based on Marketing inputs, material / packer availability & Logistics resources.Maintain accuracy in commercial documentation w.r.t. statutory requirements.Prepare the despatch instructions to Packing Plant (truck wise) to load empty truck and prepare exit documentations for loaded trucks and maintain the records w.r.t form used customer wise for dispatching to different states.Provide the details to Manufacturing / Updation of Manufacturing SAP for unit wise, mode wise & grade wise despatches.Reconcile PLA reports with actual data, reconcile Sales Tax details w.r.t. utilization of concessional forms on customer to customer basis, reconcile delivery of documents with concerned departments, verify Excise documents w.r.t. order terms & statutory requirements and ensure compliance of specific legal formalities in case of exports / deemed export.,B.Com/ B.Sc
