Service Dispatchers support daily operations in a company by scheduling and dispatching workers, monitoring work progress, and handling customer requests. Other duties usually seen on a Service Dispatcher resume example are relaying work order and messages, communicating with work crews, addressing customer questions, and maintaining records of service requests.
