Job Description

    Position Type : Full time Type Of Hire : Experienced (relevant combo of work and education) Education Desired : Bachelors Degree Travel Percentage : 0% About this Team: Team (Environment HUB) is responsible to procure, build and deliver the platform for development team to install and run the softwareWhat you will be doing:
    • Provides leadership for service delivery team including planning, coaching, recruitment, selection, performance development and mentoring.
    • Monitors staff performance, works with employees to implement goals and document progress
    • Being a next level technology support for providing key resolution to the major incidents and driving major activities such as disaster recovery and project tasks
    • Managing complex infrastructure projects for supporting distributed applications
    • Understand infrastructure requirements and align it with business objectives
    • Delivering efficient, high performance and cost-optimized solutions that meets the business objectives
    • Ensures deadlines and production schedules are met and reallocates workloads as necessary
    • Delivers a computer operations environment that meets all service level agreements, e.g., 24/7 availability, response time parameters, etc
    • Being responsible and accountable for onboarding, engaging, developing and retaining talent for the service delivery functions
    What you bring:
    • Typically requiring a minimum of 12 to 15 years IT service experience
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managing and driving service delivery team
    • Experience in Capital market domain
    • Hands on experience in Devops technologies
    • Platform support experience (infrastructure and Network) is required
    • Expertise in troubleshooting platform issues in medium to large scale application environment
    • Proven experience in people management, owning responsibility with a medium size team as well as owning delivery and results of the project requirements
