  • To drive incident resolution/complex change activities/service requests on Cisco ACI and to effectively communicate with client stakeholders in regular meetings and incident bridges
  • Operate in 24 x 7 rotational shifts
Technical Experience:
  • Deep hands on experience on Cisco ACI Network architecture. Should have robust knowledge of ACI concepts like Leaf & Spine, Tenants, Interface policies, bridge domain, EPG, Contract, L3 out, IPN NX-OS etc.
  • Configuration and Troubleshooting ACI Constructs - EPGs, BDs, L3 outs, Multiple VRFs, Multi-Tenancy, ACI in band and OOB management, Integration with VMM Domains, Access policy Definition for any type of interfaces single or PC or VPC, Security domains, Service graph, Micro Segmentation ACI High-availability Solutions Multi Pods, Multi site
  • Experience in Cisco ACI deployments, fabric, L2-L3 connectivity and Cisco NX-OS
  • Strong knowledge of network routing protocols (i.e., IS-IS, BGP, OSPF)
  • Understanding of interoperability of other technologies alongside and with Cisco ACI
  • Previous experience designing/managing load balancing technologies
  • Experience with various network management tools
  • Experience engineering, delivering, and supporting IOS, IOS-XE, and NX-OS based switching platforms
  • Understanding of Cisco Nexus and Catalyst product lines
  • Cisco ACI fabric design and implementation in network centric mode, including L2/L3 Outs, EPGs, VRFs, Contracts, and integration with 3rd party Load-Balancer, Firewall and Compute products
  • Thorough comprehension around L2 and L3 quality of service concepts
  • Knowledge of Cisco + robust scripting skills to help drive automation in this space
  • OSPF, BGP, MPLS, IPSEC. Should be having understanding/experience of DMVPN concepts.
  • CCIE level networking engineer with familiarity with Software Defined Networking Technologies (ACI). Nice to have is NSX, NSXV, NSX-T
  • Candidate should have basic skills with firewalls and network security. Awareness of network analytics technologies such as Tetration and Splunk, Grafana, CAPC and basic scripting (on Ansible/Python/JSON) and network automation are a plus.
Professional Attributes:Overall 10+ years of experience in handling Cisco products. Experience in being part of and managing a 24 x 7 operation, including but not limited to, shift hand-over, operational advice, guidance, support and escalation
  • Multiple industry-recognized Certifications preferred. i.e.: CCIE, VCP, NACP, CISSP
