1)Participate in RFP briefing meetings and requirements gathering workshops with customers 2)Develop requirements gathering questionnaires, capability presentations and approach notes 3)Identify Customer CTQs, develop requirement summary for multi practice/large bids/Critical bids 4)Prepare CSFs / Focus area for the response in alignment with the stated requirements of the bid 5)Develop and drive definition and elaboration of solution win-ability elements for bids 6)Conceptualize solutions along with practice solution managers and develop solution summary 7)In alignment to the solution strategy, develop and describe delivery models and organization models 8)Analyze and provide 3rd party view and assist in sizing and costing to ensure consistency 9)Review, comment and correct various elements of solution write up and overall response document 10)Develop solution defense presentation development and support during solution presentations 11)Develop solution templates to standardize solution element write-up to increase response efficiency 12)Contribute to process improvements and knowledge management for the solution and bid team Skills:*Delivery, presales, account management*Excellent content writing and designing skills; proficient in writing RFP/ RFI responses and business proposals in collaboration with the bid, sale, pre-sales and technical SME teams. ,
