Job Summary: Position summary: You will be a contributing member of the Infrastructure Applications Engineering team focusing on the design and deployment of complex solutions and services. More specifically, this highly skilled team is responsible for the design, delivery of Identity Access Management. We are looking for an eager, passionate individual that can immediately contribute to the team. Principal duties and responsibilities: Perform troubleshooting analysis and implement fixes to ensure SLAs are met. Leverage automation to improve processes, automate deployment, and improve manageability of environments. Perform service analysis, proactive troubleshooting, continuous improvement and capacity planning for production, virtualized environments. Require limited supervision and direction; drive results and set priorities independently Engage in high-level design discussions with cross-functional technology and business teams. Document all relevant material related to the infrastructure systems, design, configuration, support and processes Perform tasks related to securing and keeping the products, tools, and processes that you are responsible for securing Knowledge, skills and qualifications Education: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent experience Minimum years of work experience: 5 Required skills: Understanding of Infrastructure as code and methods of implementation. Exceptional communication skills. Includes creation of knowledge article for internal knowledge sharing. Proficiency in Windows systems andor software engineering Proficiency authoring Puppet and Desired State Configuration (DSC). Experience with one or more Public Cloud solutions (AWS, GCP, AZURE) and migrating from on-prem to cloud. Experience managing full application stack with high availability requirements Advance troubleshooting skills in Directory Services, PublicHybridPrivate Cloud Infrastructure. Hands on experience with physical infrastructure technologies including Storage and Networking. Ability to efficiently prioritize and organize competing work demands with little oversight. Powershell scripting experience Experience related to user provisioning, access management, federationsingle sign-on, and privileged access management Preferred skills: Knowledge of TCPIP networking, DNS, LDAP, SMTP. Knowledge of Red Hat, Centos, Ubuntu, and Windows operating systems. Knowledge of PAM tools and concepts. Knowledge of SCRUM Agile Values Principles Keyskills :
