  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : Offshore SME/Lead to support our BOBJ / BI Analytics origination and the role will primarily interface with the BI Analytics Tech Admin team Hands-on experience for operational tasks such as user/server/content management The role responsibilities also include monitoring of the applications the onsite team currently supports VIZ Business Objects, Power BI, QlikView, SAS, nPrinting and Qliksense
      • Technical Experience : Should have Business Objects Administration skills including architecture, migrations, reporting and monitoring Administration experience in BIP 41 at minimum is a must BIP 42 would be preferred This should include access security setup in cms, performance tuning, Windows AD/LDAP experience and SSO Upgrade experience to 42 preferred Should have solid PowerBI Administration experience
      • Professional Attributes : Nice to have SAS, nPrinting, APOS skills Contribute to coordination and planning of Application / Infrastructure related activities / outages ITIL knowledge and experience in Incident management - Actively monitor service now queues and ensure no ticket/incident is left unattended
      • Educational Qualification : BE
    • Additional Information : Skills include administration of complementary tools like APOS, SAS, nPrinting among others
