CFT SAP Team is working on various activities such as migration, optimization, enhancement and consolidation for global invoice forms, integration projects, and data archiving projects.What you will be doingThe SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Business Analyst Specialist is responsible for leading the planning, development, maintenance, and enhancement of the SAP application and the functional components of the system. The Business Analyst collaborates with the users, systems team and other stakeholders to identify user requirements, assess available capabilities, and recommend/implement solution options accordingly.Individuals in this role perform work at the highest functional level within SAP SD and can analyze user requirements and business processes to determine SAP system configuration and customization with full competency.Responsibilities

• Develops and produces high quality requirement specifications that enable the development of a functional design. Works with users and/or SAP Systems Analysts to validate requirements.
• Acts as a source of direction, training and guidance for less experienced staff.
• Writes and executes thorough functional test plans to ensure that SAP system changes are working properly, existing processes remain unaffected and the needs of the users are met.
• Trains internal users, support personnel, conversion teams and/or external customers on SAP system changes and/or new procedures.
• Understands how the FIS SAP system integrates with other FIS applications and solutions and the use of SAP systems within the financial services industry.
• Provides new and innovative alternative solutions to SAP system and application challenges.
• Assists in identifying external and internal customer problems and needs. Provides information to educate the customer and monitors customers satisfaction. Effectively handles demanding or upset customers.
• Perform BA on Call support activities.
• Working closely with our SAP functional/technical specialists to deliver, maintain, troubleshoot and enhance SAP functionality.
• Participate in Weekly/Daily meetings/calls with on-shore and off-shore team.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.

Required Skills

• Must have 5 - 10 years of experience with at least 2 or more full lifecycle SAP Implementation, Support, Upgrade and Rollout Projects in SAP SD module.
• Experience with HANA and/or S/4 HANA environments is preferred.
• Good understanding in SAP SD mater data like customer master, material master, conditions master etc.
• Should be well versed with SAP SD pricing and output determination.
• Hands on experience in various SD documents like Contracts, Sales order, DMR s, Credit and Debit notes etc.
• Should have strong experience in Resource Related Billing, Milestone Billing, Periodic Billing, Fixed Billing.
• Should have strong experience in Timesheet Management for resource expenses (CATS).
• Good understanding of Time and Expense Billing.
• Should have strong experience in Internal order Management and Processing.
• Good understanding of Project Monitoring and Tracking.
• Good Knowledge of DIP profiles.
• Good understanding of special sales processes like inter-company sales, third party sales, consignment sales etc.
• Experience in revenue recognition functionality.
• Experience with SAP SD user exits for sales order, delivery, billing & etc.
• Knowledge in IDOCS, LSMW and authorization roles.
• Ability to debug ABAP.
• Knowledge of integration with external tax system like Vertex and One Source will have advantage.
