Job Description

Sales Operations Analyst

  • Provide project-level analyses and produce required project analysis documentation
  • Standardize Salesforce.com (SFDC) dashboards and reporting to maximize actionable and informative data
  • Gather and document business and system requirements
  • Assess business processes and system inefficiencies
  • Identify ways in which adoption and customer satisfaction can be increased
  • Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders
  • Create and maintain meeting minutes and schedules, project summaries, and updates
  • Meet with a project team regularly to review project deliverable and deadlines
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of process improvement infrastructure; assist other team members when needed
  • Support and align efforts to meet business needs
  • Manage relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up to date on project results
  • Perform mass data imports and exports using the API or various import tools
  • Set up and maintain new users
  • Train users on Salesforce.com (SFDC) usage, standard work processes, and best practices
  • Complete all deliverable in a timely fashion, ensuring proper quality checks, analytics and business context reviews, and associate revisions
  • Develop understanding of Red Hats workflows and deep understanding of our policies
What you will bring
  • Bachelors degree; equivalent degree at an accredited university or equivalent experience will also be considered
  • 3+ years of industry experience working in data management
  • Ability to understand and transform data to meet customer needs and business context in a customer-friendly, quality-first manner
  • Good analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to work with large data while maintaining a high attention to detail
  • Proficient with spreadsheets
  • Excellent communication skills; focused on delivering results
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com (SFDC) and transactional reporting and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a big plus
