Department Customer Support Service (css) Location : Head Office, Puneresponsible to Section Head Servicemain Purpose of Job After Sales Supportkey Responsibilities Work Towards the Common Goal of Growth of the Companys Business. the Responsibility Will Cover all Aspects of the After Sales Support Viz. Installation, Commissioning, Operation,maintenance, Overhauls, Servicing and Troubleshooting of High Pressure Compressor Systems and Accessories Atvarious Customer Sites Across India. Spare Parts & Service Products Sales Promotion. Assist Assembly & Testing Department in Overhaul of Customers Equipment in Our Facility. Technical Support to Customers and Business Partners in India. Identifying Prospects for Css Business, Implementing the Service Plans / Policies and Achieving Business Goals. Regular Customer Contact to Review the Quality & Performance of the Companys Products & Services Andreporting the Same. Field Complaint Redressing. to Work Closely with the other Departments of the Company for Achieving the Companys Business Objectives / Goals. Follow Iso Procedures as Well as Systems Laid Down By the Company from Time to Time. Co-ordination Between Regions/customers and Vendors / Service Contractors and Ensuring Timely Support. Report Preparation: Service Business, Field Complaints Report & Analysis Etc. Any other Related Duty that May Be Assigned By the Company.knowledge and Experience Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with Minimum 4-6 Years of Experience or Iti with Minimum 8-10 Years of Fieldexperience Extensive Hands-on Experience in Installation, Commissioning, Overhauling, Servicing and Troubleshooting Onreciprocating Compressors. Experience in Writing Site Activity Reports, Visit Reports and Various other Forms in English Language. Extensive Knowledge and Experience On Use of Tools, Tackles, Measuring Instruments. Basic Knowledge of Electrical Circuits and Instrumentation.
