Job Description

Designation: Sales ManagerJob Responsibilities:-

Will be responsible for marketing and selling the products.
Handle team size till 6-7 members
Must have prior experience working with Ayurveda products
Will be responsible for PAN Maharashtra locations (except Mumbai)
Initially will be responsible for branding as well, later the subordinate will take over the leads and bring in business.
Should have launched new products/ brands and should be capable of expanding business in the assigned territories
Should be capable of monitoring reports and should ensure that the entire team achieves the given targets
Should have excellent market connections and should drive business goals by maintaining good relations
Should be passionate, Enthusiastic, Goal- driven and should ensure consistency in self and team performance
Should be a good team manager and orient the team towards target and goals

Experience:-3+yrs.Compensation: max 40k
