Job Description

Graduate/Post-Graduate with Minimum 2+ years of Experience in Real estate Portals or IT Sales

Main preference (India Mart, Just dial, Housing.com & Magic bricks).

Salary Structure: - Up to 25-30k + Incentives

Must Have Knowledge of local locations of Pune

Bike and Smartphone is mandatory

Ability to develop strong client relationships in large client segment.

Must have good inter-personal skills.

Open to make 5-10 customer calls per day / Building and maintaining a CRM database.
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Preparing and sending quotes and proposals to clients
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits.
Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts
Organizing sales visits, presenting products to achieve their monthly target provide the best possible solution to customers.
Establishing new business/Maintaining accurate records
Reviewing sales performance.
