Prefabricated Wooden Homes: Designing and constructing high-quality, eco-friendly wooden prefabricated homes.We are seeking motivated and talented Sales and Marketing Executives to join our team and contribute to our growth and success.Job Responsibilities:For On-field Sales and Marketing Executives:Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets. Identify and target potential clients and markets for our telecommunications, embedded systems, and prefabricated wooden homes. products.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Conduct regular client visits and presentations to showcase our products and services.Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies.Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis. Monitor and analyze sales metrics to ensure targets are met.For Digital Marketing Executives:Digital Strategy: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and brand awareness. Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., social media, email, SEO, PPC).Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for digital channels, including social media posts, blogs, videos, and newsletters. Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visual content.Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools. Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.Customer Engagement: Engage with online communities and respond to customer inquiries and feedback. Develop and maintain a strong online presence for the company.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in sales and/or digital marketing, preferably in the telecom and security, embedded systems, or construction industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (for Digital Marketing Executives).
