Well aware and knowledgeable on Structured Cabling, Networking and related technologies, Data Centres Should have experience of working closely with Project Management Consultancy, OEMs, Architects & Builders Manage BDEs & BDMs and drive their KRAs Implementing sales goals and communicating them to key individuals. Preparing sales reports and submitting them to senior management. Promptly responding to customer requests Responsible to achieve the sales Target and revenue..WORKING RELATIONSHIPS Internal: Individual users / Team External: ClientsPOSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Main Duties: Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives Report on regional sales results Forecast quarterly and annual Targets and Profits Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility Analyse regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition. Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction Manager and motivate highly skilled Sales Team Should have hands on experience in Active Networking Sales, Wireless, Security, Switches and Routers. . .
