Job Description

Profile: Recruiter (IT & Non IT)Job location: Baner, PuneSalary offered: 3 - 5 Lacs + IncentivesMinimum experience: 4 yrsEducation: Graduation mandatoryWorking days: Monday - Saturday (Alternate Saturdays off)Shift timings: 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM

  • Independently handle 3 JDs per day at Mid/senior level (Clients from all industry sectors, PAN India)
  • Client coordination on case to case basis and develop key accounts.
  • Responsible for end to end sourcing, candidate coordination till the closures.
  • Develop and execute recruiting plans - achieve closures.
  • Align with the sourcing strategy of the team for weekly/ monthly plans.
  • Maintain all the data/MIS tracking for the mandates handled.
  • Network through industry contacts, association memberships, linkedin, databases for right submissions.
  • Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
Desired candidate profile:
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in consultancy/ search firm in handling IT/non IT recruitment at PAN India level.
  • Must have an experience handling senior/mid level JDs.
  • Should be comfortable with head hunting upon training.
  • Hands on with job portals.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills (client/candidate coordination).
  • Ability to understand the JD and source suitable candidates
  • Strong convincing/negotiation skills with the stakeholders.
  • Passion for recruitment & Long term career perspective.
  • Go-getter & required aggression necessary in recruitment.
