Job Description

    Job Role & ResponsibilityMonitoring Operations and maintaining records Inspecting Procedures and creating reports for Manager Supervises the operation in the organization to ensure that all processes involved are competent to meet up with the desired output Advises the management on what to do to keep maintaining high standards of services Performs regular quality check on the services rendered Makes independent research about how best to ensure efficiency in quality of services from the company Could serve as a coach/ trainer to the operations team on how to improve output Gives report to the relevant quality control bodies as a routine duty, that could be needed in the decision-making process of the organization Keeps record of inspections for future reference Works with processes and plans to know how the needed quality could be accomplished. Resolving quality-related issues adhering to deadlines Providing training to the team for quality assurance Prepare documentation of the QC process, which includes detailed reports and performance records Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standards are met Guide the team about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of the servicesRequired SkillsCertification on Quality Auditor (CQA/CQIA), LEAN, 6 Sigma, aspects of VSM, pareto charts, root cause analysis, etc Must have a high school diploma or any equivalent education Having a bachelor s degree can expand your job horizons and earning potentiality as wellExcellent documentation and presentation skills Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office Profound knowledge of quality control standards,
