Job Description

Job Summary:

Summary: The Principal Product Owner will be responsible to work with a highly motivated agile team on the enhancing and extending Healthcare Cloud Platform. As a PO you will identify, document and prioritize, and communicate the work that the assigned engineering team needs to deliver. The role offers exciting opportunities to innovate, influence, transform, inspire and grow within our organization.

A high degree of self-organization capabilities is expected from the candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Creation, communication, facilitation, and overall ownership of scenarios, features, and user stories for the Nuance HC Cloud platform.
  • Collaborating with business partners and engineering teams to drive meaningful business outcomes that align to business metrics and goals.
  • Act as Product Owner contributing to business outcomes and roadmap definition.
  • Strong stakeholder management by developing and sustaining strong working relationships with customers, business, program managers, software engineers, service engineers and peers.
  • Ability to manage multiple releaseshandovers concurrently.
  • Working in an agile methodology (Scrum).
  • Perform tasks related to securing and keeping the products, tools, and processes that you are responsible for securing.

      • Qualifications

      Number of Years of Work Experience: 6-8

      Required Skills:

      • 6+ years experience as product owner including one year of experience with Agile methodologies.
      • Experience in delivering software projects utilizing either an onsite or an offshore delivery model.
      • In-depth skills in requirements identification and clarification.
      • Exceptional ability to collaborate, openly communicate, present and negotiate effectively across groups, stakeholders and customers.
      • Experience delivering results in an ambiguous and changing environment.
      • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
      • Sound judgment and decision-making skills, ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
      • Delegate within team and ability to work under deadline pressures.
      • Strong organizational skills
      • Excellent English communication skills (written, oral, listening).
      • Passion and enthusiasm.

      Preferred Skills:

        Experience with working in a global team.

        Experience with Healthcare Information technology applications (EHR, RIS, HIS, ;)

        Experience with speech recognition applications is a plus.

        Experience with JIRA Agile, Confluence and other Atlassian tools.

        Education: Bachelor or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or related field. Master degree is a plus.
