Job Description

Supervising the roster of established corporate salary customers.Promoting a range of products including liability and investment options, insurance, and various asset products (Home Loan, Personal Loan, Car Loan, Credit Card, Gold Loan, Two Wheeler Loan) to individual customers within the corporate salary clientele.Acting as the primary point of contact for all customer service needs and those of the corporate entities.Enhancing relationship value, increasing product and service holdings within the groups portfolio.Engaging with each customer in the mapped roster at least once every quarter.Documenting customer interactions in the CRM Next system for effective record-keeping.
