Job Description

Synophic Worldwide is hiring L1 Contact Center Engineers.Experience: 2-3 Years.Work Location: PuneNotice Period: Immediate -30 Days.Please find the JD below:

  • Experience of handling RTMT
  • Cisco Unified Contact Center Management
  • Worked on Cisco Products like IPCC, CUCM and
  • Daily Monitoring of handling various components like, Router, Logger, AW & HDS, PGs, .
  • Experience of Uploading IVR Prompt on Media
  • Perform hold music activity as per customer
  • Raise and Work on Incidents and RFCs By using Remedy
  • supporting 22 OSCCs for the day to day issues .
  • Monitoring Experience on Various Tools like as PRIME,Tivoli, ITrack, CCMP, RTMT, PGW and IVR DB Tracker.
