Job OverviewSourcing & Vendor Management (SVM) sources external goods and services for Credit Suisse by applying best practices while mitigating key commercial, contractual and reputational risks to the Bank.As a valued partner, we strive to work collaboratively with internal business partners and key vendors to deliver increasingly high-quality and efficient sourcing services through: commercial-valued and risk-mitigated sourcing, analytical insights and market expertise, driving vendor innovation, and supporting select third-party agreements during the fulfilment phase.We are looking for a contractor to support SVM s Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) tool operations team as a Business Analyst, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for an enhancement project involving Coupa (formerly known as Hiperos), a Saas tool used for Risk Management of third parties.Activities include, but are not limited to:Coordinating testing activities between different user groupsCommunicating testing instructions and collecting feedbackDrafting test script for testers to useTimely summaries of testing results for remediation of issues by implementation teamSummarizing testing results and lessons learned for more senior stakeholdersYou OfferUniversity DegreeMinimum of 3-5 years work experienceFamiliarity with SaaS tool usage in a financial service industry settingPMO/project-related or Business Analyst experienceStrong verbal and written communication skills (English) and the ability to draft materials for official use and instruction (i.e. training/testing materials)Good interpersonal skills to proactively interact and collaborate with a diverse group of partners, managers, and subject matter experts on regional teams (some late shift work may be required due to global time zones).Experience supporting SaaS solutions in a production/development/testing environment is a plusAbility to work independently and upon limited instructions (some late shift work may be required due to global time zones - will be compensated accordingly),
