Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Administrative Support: Assist with daily office operations, including filing, data entry, answering phones, and responding to emails.
    • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls, ensuring that meeting rooms are prepared with necessary materials.
    • Document Management: Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents, both electronically and physically, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
    • Customer Service: Greet visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
    • Office Supplies Management: Monitor and order office supplies as needed, ensuring that the office is well-stocked with essential materials.
    • Mail Handling: Sort, distribute, and send out incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
    • Data Entry and Reporting: Enter data into spreadsheets, databases, and other systems, assisting with generating reports as required.
    • Office Maintenance: Ensure common areas, such as conference rooms and kitchen spaces, are clean and orderly. Report any office maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
    • Assist in Event Coordination: Help organize company events, meetings, and activities, including managing RSVPs and coordinating logistics.
    • Support Team Projects: Assist various departments with administrative tasks, including preparing documents, creating presentations, and organizing information.
