Job Description

    As a Non-IT Recruiter specializing in GCC hiring, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting high-quality candidates for various non-IT positions within the company, with a primary focus on the GCC region. Your role will involve collaborating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and playing a key role in ensuring the organizations staffing needs are met.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop detailed job descriptions and specifications.
    • Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
    • Review applications and resumes, and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
    • Coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual interviews, including skills assessments and behavioral interviews.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Work closely with hiring managers to evaluate candidate qualifications and make recommendations.
    • Prepare and present job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates.
    • Maintain accurate and organized records of recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and GCC job market dynamics to provide insights for improving recruitment strategies.
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection processes.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus.
    Knowledge of GCC labor laws and employment regulations.
