Job Description

  • Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
  • Must Have Skills :Network Security Operations
  • Good To Have Skills :Enterprise Network Operations,Palo Alto Networks Firewall
  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : -Analyze logs and events from the solution and provide threat analysis reports -Build custom security policies and applying pre-templated application signatures - Interact with the Palo Alto Networks TAC to troubleshoot and diagnose issues - Mitigate web-based threats in a timely manner -Maintain the Palo Alto Networks solution uptime/availability and provide guidance on architecture changes, upgrades, fixes etc Deployment, Maintenance and Operation
      • Technical Experience : Experience in managing Palo Alto enterprise NGFW in a enterprise distributed deployment Experience in managing IDS/IPS solutions and technologies Experience in managing Proxy, Content and URL filtering solutions and technologies Experience in managing security solutions in large environments Detailed technical experience in the installation, configuration and operation of Palo Alto firewall products
      • Professional Attributes : Must be able to handle day to day security operations efficiently having good leadership skills Excellent Communication Skills Good Presentation skills Ability to work under pressure
      • Educational Qualification : BE/Btech/Computer science or equivalent IT experience Should have more than 10 years of experience
    • Additional Information : Certifications: CCNA /CCNP Security Good Communication Skills
