    • Project Role :Cloud Services Engineer
    • Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

        • Key Responsibilities : A-Should have strong Redhat Linux and Solaris administration B-Provision and manage RHEL operating system Administering Linux patching tools like Redhat Satellite Managing VM lifecycle from Build to Decommission C-Administering Centralized user authentication setup for software like Redhat directory server/ Open LDAP etc D-Experience in hardening the Linux OS and Solaris Managing OS native services NTP, DNS, LDAP
        • Technical Experience : A-Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in Windows Administration B-Knowledge on Cloud is preferred C-Knowledge on SCCM and PowerShell are added advantage
        • Professional Attributes : A-Good in verbal and communication skills B-Willing to work in 24x7 environment
        • Educational Qualification : UG :BCA in Computers, BSc in Any Specialization, BTech/BE in Any Specialization
