Job Description

bJob Title: Mechanical Maintenance engineer Job Location: Pune, Remote. Qualification: Diploma in mechanical engineering Experience: 4 xe2x80x93 5 Years experience in Automobile, Manufacturing, Tier, MNC company, Food sector, process industry Compensation: As per market standard. Responsibilities:

SPM machine, assembly lines, breakdown handling.
Basic knowledge of Pneumatic & hydraulic troubleshooting
Hands on experience on about conveyors
Hands-on experience in preventive maintenance
Repair/breakdown maintenance.
Hands-on experience in hand drawing.
Soft skill knowledge (MS Excel, MS Office)
Site safety awareness
Hands experience on Mechanical Guage knowledge like dial Guage, micrometer screw Guage, vernier caliper
Hands on experience on parallelism,
Hands-on experience on machine alignment
Knowledge about POKAYOKE
Knowledge about improvements / Kaizen
Hands on experience dismantling of fixtures, machines, all types of mechanical items such as gear boxes, cylinders, conveyors, hydraulic pumps, direction control valves, gear, bearings, chain,
Hands on experience on History cards, daily reports, Why-why analysis, scheduling of projects, PM, and spare part management.

Skill required:

Judgment and decision-making fast decision on solving breakdown.
Complex Problem Solving Identifying complex problems and escalating with seniors on a priority basis.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: 300,000.00 - 600,000.00 per year Benefits:
