Job Description

  • Serves as the subject matter expert in support of ongoing continuous improvement processes to enhance business results and customer loyalty.
  • Provides expert knowledge and guidance in the application of quality improvement tools and processes. Champions quality improvement processes and methodologies.
  • Independently lead the initiative/training
  • Define umbrella project plan and deliver outcomes defined by key stakeholders
  • Training content development and delivery for capable adult learning effectiveness
  • Independently engage with senior leaders for goal tree, hopper and strategy alignment
  • Ability to understand profit and loss and link projects to each initiative in goal tree as part of hopper development
  • Coach and support black belt and green belt talent

Education, Licenses, CertificationsBachelors degree or equivalent experience required This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.Experience10+ years of experience and having advanced/well-developed skills and knowledge within a specific professional discipline involving the integration of theory and principles with organizational practices and precedents; Black Belt CertifiedStrategic Mindset: Ability to lead and drive the overall DBU and NRP Goal TreeExceptional problem solving skills: The MBB will be expected to lead critical and most complex problems in the aftermarket. Dexterity with 6 Sigma concepts/tools and do advanced Excel modelling, minitab. Advanced analytics is a plus (R Studio, Matlab, Python, Jupyter Notebooks etc is a plus)Strong stakeholder management and ability to articulate key messages. The MBB will be expected to drive engagement with key leaders (some ILT leaders and their staff)Leadership: Thought leadership and mentorship to green belts and black belts.
