1. Thorough in technical assessment & key engineering deliverables of the process- for vehicle Hydraulic and Mechanical Proprietor parts , sheet metal parts Machined part, Casting , forging & proprietary etc.2. Drawing study along with supplier for giving timely inputs to minimize design changes3. Part Development as per APQP process to meet QCD and project target4. Support suppliers for the development of parts and ensure QCD targets5. Conduct PPAP at Supplier end and PPAP approval6. PPAP submission to QA for closure and handing over for regular supplies7. Proactively identifying & resolving problems through 8D methodology 8. Ensure development of KAIZEN Culture and continuous improvement through MGB and MYB Initiative9. Conduct Process audits at supplier10. Ensure proper documentation as per quality standard and systems11. Facilitation & ensuring deployment of the new and the revised standards by interfacing with functions12. Ensure seamless flow of information on quality concerns to seniors13. Conducting various internal trainings on quality improvement tools and techniques14. Monitoring adherence to quality systems and comply with quality standards such as TQM and maintaining exquisite documents.15.
