  • Design and development of suspension aggregates for HCV, MCV, ICV & Bus platforms
  • Deliver suspension aggregates as per QCDW (Quality, cost, delivery, weight) for projects
  • Resolve field / manufacturing concerns
  • Guide team of designers
  • DFMEA, Design review and DVVP generation
  • Interact with CAE, CDMM, validation for aggregate development
  • Design of suspension aggregates for Trucks and buses:
  • Bogie Suspension , Slipper Suspension , Parabolic Multi-Leaf Spring Suspension
  • 2. Ride & handling, Vehicle dynamics
  • 3. Failure analysis and concern resolution
  • 4. Manufacturing process knowledge for sheet metal, castings & forgings
  • 5. Physical Metallurgy
  • 6. Tyre wear analysis
