Work on incidents, service-requests and change requests from the user departments. Should have minimal introductory knowledge of connection to database, middleware & other application tiers Experience for working with an international team. To come up with ideas to enhance the monitoring and maintenance of systems.Preferred candidate profileWrite clean, well-designed code in PHP, Perl, Shell, APEX Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle Follow industry best practices Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary Understanding of open-source projects Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, APEX etc Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas To analyse performance bottlenecks. Identifying issues causing application-functionality slowness (scripts/pl-sql-code). To Deliver/Develop environment support/maintenance scripts for atomization, BAU operational activities to smoothen/stabilize system.
