Job Description

    Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
    1. Analyze the business requirements and create technical design in accordance with organisations architecture standards
    2. Manage full software development lifecycle like requirements gathering, analysis, designing, software development, coding, testing and implementation
    3. Resolves critical issues and contributes to the business unit/area development.
    4. Technical Mentoring and coaching of the development team
    5. Provide technical support to peers & juniors
    6. Recommend changes to improve established development processes
    7. Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications
    8. Ensure high quality of products being delivered
    9. Participate in cross functional projects & initiatives
    10. Using coding standards and best practices to ensure quality.
    Experience 8 - 10 years Industry Preferred Qualifications Graduation in Computer Science / Information Technology Engineering or a related subject General Requirements
    1. 8+ years of experiance as a Team Lead
    2. Business process knowedge of Automotive/Manufacuting domain.
    3. Proven experience in technologies like Flutter, Andriod, iOS, Ionic, PHP, Angular, Node and UX Design.
    4. Knowledge of Liferay would be an added advantage
    5. Working knowledge of Project Lifecycle & design patterns
    6. Hands on experience in RESTFUL web services
    7. Hands on experience on using IIS application server
    8. Hands on experience in develment in ASP.NET MVC WEB API & Angular
    9. Experience exhibiting architecture knowledge with experience in providing technical solutions for projects
    10. Ability to learn new technologies quickly and innovate solutions
    11. Proven experience in engineering and software architecture design.
    12. Sound knowledge of various operating systems and databases.
