ResponsibiltiesResponsible for GL accounting and financial reporting , AR , AP , day to day banking , internal controls , establishment expenses and employee claimsManage month - end closing & publish timely monthly financial statements.Manage year - end closing & prepare for and coordinate with auditors for timely completion of audits.Coordinate the preparation & filing of regulatory reports and tax returns and assessments.Research technical accounting issues for compliance.Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.Develop & implement business processes and accounting policies to maintain & strengthen internal controls.Responsible for timely & accurate billing and take full control of collections.Responsible for preparation of the business plan , budgets and forecasts , budgetary controls and report variances. Developing scenarios to enable decision making.Responsible for educating & encouraging a culture of financial prudence through the Organization.Co - ordinate with external experts wherever necessary for ensuring all of the above.Accounting and overall management of Foreign subsidiariesTreasury Management and dealings with banks for Forward / Option ContractsLead , maintain and nurture a team of accountantsSkills RequiredExcellent communication skills with seniors , peers , functional teams , external stakeholdersStrong people management skills with both internal and external stakeholdersHigh on energy and motivated to perform excellentlyCuriosity , aptitude and attitude to learnIntegrity and ethical focusWillingness to take additional responsibilitiesGood computer skills including knowledge of accounting systems preferably an erp , and Microsoft office suiteCA with at least 6 - 8 years post qualification experience.Strong accounting and audit experienceExperience with general ledger functions and the month - end / year - end close and audit process.Experience in revenue assurance including billing and collectionsCandidates with experience in and strong industry knowledge of KPO / IT / BPO would be preferred.Should have hands - on experience on end - to - end accounting,
