Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - Responsibility to Lead FD MF & Insurance business through Bajaj Finserv App Business deliverables will be to generate targeted FD MF & Insurance business from existing products and new products High engagement with business team to ensure business conversion tracking target setting alignment milestone tracking highlighting issues Engagement with Data Science team to ensure right set of data availability for campaigns building and tracking of dashboards/funnel to drive conversion Engagement with COE/Product team for giving inputs on issues in customer journey journey improvement new functionality development product improvement inputs building tech KPIs Leverage digital journey to improve business funnel and reduce drop-offs MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum 10+ years of experience. Demonstrated success & achievement orientation. Strong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment. Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills. Excellent Interpersonal Skills. Exceptionally high motivation levels and needs to be a self-starter.
