Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Team Leadership: Supervise and guide a team of maintenance technicians.
    • Preventive Maintenance: Schedule and perform regular maintenance to prevent equipment breakdowns.
    • Repairs: Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and other equipment issues.
    • Inventory Management: Manage inventory of parts and supplies, and order as needed.
    • Safety: Ensure all maintenance activities follow safety regulations.
    • Documentation: Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report on performance.
    • Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems is a plus.
