Lentras zero risk instant lending solution will empower the FIs to leapfrog into the future.About the role:We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to work along with our inside sales team.The Inside Sales Manager will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales process. He/She will collaborate with various professionals, Clients and prospects so its essential that they have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment. They should also be able to lead the sales team and achieve sales goals.Ultimately, the Inside Sales Manager should also be able to build a high-performance sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:- Manage the inside sales representatives team- Set and track sales targets for self and team- Implement improvements in the sales administration process- Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines- Report on sales metrics- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts- Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products- Evolve methods to increase customer engagement- Build an open-communication environment for your team- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase salesCandidate requirements:Candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experienceProven work experience as an Inside sales managerHands on experience with CRM software and MS ExcelIn-depth understanding of the sales processExcellent interpersonal and team management skillsStrong analytical and organizational skillsProblem-solving attitudeAttitude and hunger for salesLocation & commitmentsThis is a Permanent Opportunity.Job Location is Pune,
