With connections across more than 210 countries and territories, we are building a sustainable world that unlocks priceless possibilities for all.Overview The Mastercard Digital Network Services team is involved in developing cutting-edge solutions to deliver the Next Generation of Core Payment Products for Mastercard. These cutting-edge solutions are built on the Digital Network Architecture, Cloud Native principles and in a Scaled Agile Framework. Represent Mastercard operations & technology interests within region. The Senior Technical Program Manager will work closely with the Mastercard Digital Network Services group. They will help coordinate cross functional efforts, working with the Mastercard Digital Network Services groups. Practically working with our BizOps orginaization to coordinate production changes. Manage each project s scope and timeline (feature and/ or stories) for Mastercard Digital Network Services group. Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups Coach team members and make sure teams are adopting SAFe methodolody Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders) Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests Clearing obstacles/ blockers for development team Write draft plans for Program Increment planningsRole Responsible for planning, monitoring, executing and implementing the programs release strategy Assist in developing long-range plans and strategies to achieve business growth Provide technical and advisory support for staff to ensure the implementation of applications/infrastructure Ensure a successful delivery, which will include: Planning release lifecycle, Version control management, Build and Development control management, Change management, Risk Management Provide leadership and oversight on various projects of a complex nature Responsible for planning, developing, and executing schedules to ensure timely completion of project deadlines and milestones Responsible for overall relationship and deliverables across all projects Assists in leading complex initiatives of strategic importance (e.g. cross functional/cross geographies) All About You Experience in a scrum master role. Advanced knowledge of project management or software releases Familiarity with software development, technical terms and general concepts (especially focused on Java, Microservice architecture) Strong business acumen, with knowledge of MasterCard or the payments industry preferred Advanced listening, oral, written, and presentation skills Strong leadership, interpersonal, relationship-building and negotiation skills required with a solid track record for developing internal and external relationship Demonstrate a high level of initiative and accountability Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement) Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability Outstanding organizational skills Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field SAFe 4/5 certification is a plus Tools: Rally, Microsoft Project, JIRADue to COVID-19, most of our employees are working from home.
