* Duties and Responsibilities - 1. Product Management Work on building fintech products for EMI Card PMG team End to end ownership of EMI Card POD & other capabilities Manage entire capability stack & product backlog for EMI Card PMG team Lead customer journey initiatives for superior customer experience through UI/UX Own & drive TechOps KPIs for EMI Card POD Be the product owner create actionable user stories & manage through the process Show knack for product first approach in delivery of capabilities Support business / sales team by managing uptime of systems / processes 2. Stakeholder Management Lead cross functional teams for smooth functioning of systems / processes Liaise with internal / external stakeholders marketing IT ops customer service customer experience legal compliance etc. 3. People Management Develop new technical skillset across team members to enable new product / feature development & personal growth Maintain 0% attrition in the team 4.
