Job Description

Your essential responsibilities include: Leads one or more function area in implementation/enhancement projects for Oracle EBS and integrated Boundary Systems using PROLaunch.Partners with business users on requirements, processes & systems.Participates in the entire project lifecycle: analysis of proposed process/system changes.Helps manage requirements scope & disposition through process compliance & gap analysis, integration testing & user acceptance methodology.Gathers requirement using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, event lists, process analysis, competitive product analysis, task and workflow analysis, and/or viewpoints.Management of approved requirements specifications & verification of implementation scope.Provides knowledge & input on system implications of process changes.Completes project related deliverables including future state design documentation and requirements documentation.Responsible for unit testing, integration testing support & review of training materials.Supports user acceptance testing events and schedules.Prepares and provides training as required to business process owners and other key stakeholders.Facilitates regression testing for global solutions as needed prior to migrating to productive systemEffectively communicates the status for deliverables to project management and leadership to effectively mitigate risks and resolve issues.Responsible for applying business knowledge and best practices toward solution design for the system.Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration
  • Must have solid understanding of ERP Implementations and Operations with particular expertise in Oracle Inventory, Order Management, Consignment Inventory, Returns, Intercompany Orders, Shipping, Release Management, Pricing, Labeling and India GST solution.
  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience with Oracle 11i, R12, or Cloud
  • Good level of understanding of manufacturing business processes; good level of Oracle EBS 11i and R12 expertise gathered through 4-5 full-life cycle projects.
  • Experienced knowledge of applications technical capabilities. Strong knowledge of functional and technical capability including understanding of the core programming and India GST.
  • Good understanding of integration and impact points (boundary systems) of involved systems globally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of IT and business including leadership.
