Business Process Analyst Required Experience Level 3-6 YearsWork Location Pune / BLR / CHNNWork Shift UK Shift i.e. 2 PM 11 PMAbout Team & Product/Project Details:
    • The GDO Wealth IT is a growing team in India and supports multiple FIS products
    • One of the key functions is to build and maintain sustainable Automations
    • You will be working for Platform Securities under FIS Wealth as a Service department
    What you will be doing:
    • Should be flexible to stretch when required (e.g. project go live, production issues, etc.). Working days Monday to Friday (except UK holidays)
    • Building automations using Excel / Excel VBA (Macros)
    • Requirements gathering with business units on projects and enhancements
    • Preparing business requirements documents and functional specifications as applicable
    • Co-ordinating with developers and other IT teams
    • Managing project trackers
    What you bring:
    • Proven at least 3+ years of experience in handling Business Analyst roles and responsibilities
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to audiences of various levels in the organization
    • Requirements gathering, analysis and documentation
    • Experience of building automations for operational teams
    • Experience of supporting applications having financial data
    • Experience of handling user queries and problem solving
    • Technical Business Analysis
    • Willingness to learn new technologies
    Mandatory Technical Skills:
    • Advanced Excel Skills (Macros, etc.)
    • Macros & VBA
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Access
    Added bonus if you have:
    • Hands-on experience of Microsoft SQL Server
    • POWER BI or Tableau
    • RPA - Automation Anywhere
    • Python for Task Automation and File preprocessing
    • ETL pre-processing (e.g. DataStage or Informatica)
