* Duties and Responsibilities - 1) Coordination, management & supervision of facility & general administration across locations. 2) Process & people management across location. 3) Insuring the statutory Compliance across locations is followed & executed. 4) Monitoring & approval of various expenses happening at the location including those expenses happening from Imprest. 5) Identification of vendors & negotiations. 6) Building admin reporting network & structure between locations. 7) Implementation of company policies, guidelines, rules & regulations related to office working & administration. 8) Put in place reporting & monitoring mechanisms for control of expenses, housekeeping, Security, Facility Management, Repair & Maintenance, Scrap disposal etc at locations. 9) Ensuring all renewals of statutory complies & AMC are done well in time before expire date of the locations. 10) Ensuring company assets & property including records are well kept well maintained at all locations. 11) Update on Legal matters related to property / Laboure Law. 12) Coordinating / Managing & resolving data to day issues / requirements of locations centrally. 13) Conduct & act on employee feedback s on upkeep of locations. , * 1) Graduate in any discipline. 2) Administration & facility management role experience of min 7 / 8 years is preferred. 3) Exposure in handling multiple locations administration. 4) In-depth Knowledge of facility branch management. 5) Expose in handling emergency situations at locations. 6) Good Team Management & interpersonal skills. 7) Good negotiation & vendor development skills. 8) Well versed with MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
