Job Description

1.Team Management Manage a team of overall 7 Metro managers (based out of Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore). Monitor and supervise the below deliverables of Metro managers: 2.Metro Branch Processes/Activities: Base/Main Branch SLA Tracking, Monitoring and Adherence Monitor AMC and implementation at Base/Main branch level liaise with multiple Key stack holders and Verticals (like Asset and Purchase, Centralized Services, Infrastructure, Event and Employees Services etc.) at Head office, to enable smooth functioning of Admin activities at a Base/Main Branch level and local mini branches if allotted. 3.Repair and Maintenance of Branch Process/Activities: Ensure Implementation of the Repair and Maintenance (R&M) Model/Framework at Base/Main branch including all floors in a multiple floor building 4.Safety & Security of Branch: Adherence to Branch Electrical Audit Calendar Adherence to Branch Fire Safety Audit Calendar Monitoring of below Systems: CCTV Access Control Intruder Alarm System Any other aspects/installations related to the Safety and Security 5.ISO 9001 2015 Standards and guidelines: Implementation of ISO 9001 2015 guidelines, rules & regulations across all Branches under the jurisdiction. Participate and drive surveillance/audits in Branches under the jurisdiction 6.Management Information System: Ownership of respective Branch MIS, to be maintained up to date. Maintenance, Housekeeping, Security, Facilities, Branch SLA - Daily/Weekly/Monthly & quarterly 7.Other Finalization of the new rented offices at the assigned location, in consultation with the business teams and certification of the completion of the furnishing work, at the all new offices along with the measurement activities. Only when directed to do so besides the base location. Monitoring and Approval of various expenses happening at the base/main location including those expenses happening from Imprest Put in place reporting and monitoring mechanisms for control of Housekeeping, Security, Facility Management, Repair & Maintenance, Cleanliness, Scrap disposal etc. at the assigned Base/Main location. Implementation of company policies, guidelines, rules & regulations related to office workings at the assigned Base/Main location. Travel to the assigned locations having dedicated admin resources, only once directed. Ensuring the Companies set standards of administration are followed by the Admin representatives of the assigned locations. Manage the Operational Expenses related to the Base/Main location. Ensure all renewals of statutory compliances & AMC are done well in time before expire date. Ensure Company assets & property is taken care at Base/Main location. Keeping update on legal matters of the assigned Base/Main location. Act as a coordinator between location s assigned & H.O by ensuring pending issues/ matters are resolved with an agreed, listed, suitable & tolerable TAT. , * 1. Graduate in any discipline with experience of 4 years working in Administration preferred. 2. Inclination to have knowledge/exposure on legal/ compliance matters. 3. In case of internal candidate, work experience in Branch preferred 4. Exposure in handling govt./legal Issues. 5. Team management & interpersonal Skills. 6. Good on negotiations and Vendor development & Management. 7. Working knowledge on MS Office - MS Word, Excel, Power Point Seek regular feedback on Facilities, Repairs & maintenance of branches and act in consultation with Corporate office. Ensure maintenance of records / documents related to company assets & property of Base/Main location are maintained at Base/Main location. Receiving & publishing daily updates on locations assigned
