* Duties and Responsibilities - Duties and Responsibilities: Technology Depth and Understanding Strong understanding/exposure of CMS, Nudging and other customer-facing/marketing platforms Previous experience in online website/portal technologies such as PIMCore/other CMS Facilitate and lead technical/functional discussions internally and with partners Awareness of latest tools/technologies for managing projects across business units or partners Desired experience in related infrastructure technologies for setting up projects Create, moderate and drive business use-cases, engagement with internal teams and platform usage for customer apps Project Management & Technology Operations Tracking and monitoring of daily tasks and team s deliverables for projects with internal teams as well as vendors Coordination with vendors for delivering tasks on time and with desired quality Track and monitor daily deliverables using tools like Azure boards Participate and facilitate technical / functional discussions with businesses and other internal teams Create and setup strong requirement management and quality processes both internally and with partners for ensuring design deliveries on time and with required quality Co-ordination with internal partner teams such as Marketing, IT to identify and streamline deliveries for specific tasks Continuously enhancing the perpetual state of beta of the digital experience platforms through active product lifecycle management Understanding of development and managed/sustenance services projects lifecycles and processes and subscription models to run with technology / platform vendors Partner and stakeholder management Create, enhance and update the delivery plans/trackers, monitoring and reporting of status and dependencies for partners to all stakeholders on a continuous basis Excellent spoken and written communication skills and ability to quickly grasp concepts and drive with agility as independent designer. Self-start for initiatives is key. , * Graduate/Post graduate in digital experience / marketing technologies from a leading institute with around 8-10 years of experience managing platform enhancements and implementations. Strong past credentials in various marketing technologies High degree of ownership Strong passion for technology and communications and experience in merging them for outstanding outcomes Opportunity identification, strategic insight with customer-focused innovation Great communication and collaboration skills with ability to influence without authority Strong analytical and problem solving skills with drive for excellence Ability to manage delivery workload by setting priorities, planning, and monitoring progress, ensuring meeting deadlines and budgets set by sponsors
