Job Description

    *Assists with human resources activities within a site, organizational unit, or department. Responds to basic employee inquiries. Works within defined processes and procedures to provide Human Resources support to employees.Assists Human Resources business partners with standard human resource processes such as compensation, benefits, performance management.Conducts data entry of workforce information with accuracy and completeness in human resource information systems; conducts regular data-entry audits to ensure completeness and accuracy.Compiles human resources data per defined processes to support Human Resources metrics and measuresCoordinates basic Human Resources business process activities to support the achievement of timelines and quality objectives.Provides basic staffing and recruiting support; scheduling recruiting activities; data entry; coordinates assessment testing where applicable; coordinates new hire orientation assignments and activities.Assists in administration of human resources policies and procedures., *SkillsHuman Resources Data Management - Acts on people data to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance with company policy and legislative requirements.Data Analytics - Discovers, interprets and communicates qualitative and quantitative data; determines conclusions relying on knowledge of business or functional frameworks; simultaneously applies statistics, data validity, data visualization, and problem solving approaches to effectively extract meaningful patterns and business insights; presents conclusions and outcomes that enable data driven business decisions.Human Resources Consulting - Collaborates with partners to observe the environment and apply sound judgement informed by knowledge, skills, and experiences to identify and optimize opportunities to provide holistic solutions, while balancing the needs of stakeholders, primarily employees, with those of the organization.Action oriented - Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.Resourcefulness - Securing and deploying resources effectively and efficiently.Demonstrates self-awareness - Using a combination of feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into personal strengths and weaknesses.Instills trust - Gaining the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.Education, Licenses, CertificationsHigh school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.ExperienceMinimal or no work experience required.Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel & PowerPoint) Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholdersHR Analytics ONS knowledge would be an added advantage Good Interpersonal skills Good Communication skills (both written & verbal) Proactive approach
